Someone Is Always Paying for Advice
Franchise brokers and franchise sales organizations (FSOs) are typically paid by the franchisor, not the buyer, usually a commission of 40–50% of your initial franchise fee, paid only when you sign. A broker's free consultation is funded by the deal it recommends. Unless you hire your own attorney, you are the one party in the sale with no one paid to represent your side. Franchise Sonar receives zero dollars from franchisors. Our revenue comes entirely from franchise buyers who pay for our reports, so we have no incentive to steer you toward or away from any brand.
One-Time Reports and Consultations
We sell forensic analysis reports and consultations, priced from $199 to $999 depending on depth. Full pricing and what each tier includes is on our pricing page. That is the entire business. We charge the same price whether you end up buying the franchise or walking away.
