Delivery Promise
Reports are delivered within 24 hours. Before you see yours, every figure is checked against the FDD's own pages. If we can't deliver your report within 24 hours, you can request an immediate full refund, no questions asked.
Conditions
Refunds are all or nothing: a full refund, no partial refunds, even if your Deep Dive consultation already happened. Refunds are limited to one per customer per franchise brand. Upon refund, access to the paid report content is revoked. We reserve the right to deny requests showing a pattern of abuse.
When you ask for a refund, we may ask what fell short so we can improve. Answering is optional and is never a condition of getting your money back.
Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
